Abstract:

There is urgent need for a Global Alliance for Human Rights-Based Care and Support (GARBCS) in mental health for older persons. Aligned with the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing and WHO’s Global Report on Ageism, it calls for equity-driven, person-centered care.
